Ghoulia
Ghoulia Yelps is the 16-year-old daughter of the Zombie. She has blue hair and bluish skin as a result, and can only speak in Zombie. Even so, her closest friends at Monster High (pretty much all of the main characters) can understand her, so they can translate for her when the need arises. She is a very intelligent girl and although she is a big more quiet than the other characters, they all appreciate and like her, and she feels the same about them. Ghoulia is especially good friends with Cleo de Nile, who actually treats her very kindly. As revealed in the webisode Cyrano de Ghoulia, Ghoulia has a crush on the zombie Slow Moe, and he reciprocates this, as seen in the result of the episode.
